The invention relates to a construction method of a truss diagonal web member of a super high-rise building refuge floor. The construction method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a T-shaped lifting appliance; a lifting hook, a lifting main steel wire rope, a traction chain block, a traction lifting steel wire rope, a lifting clamping ring, a T-shaped lifting appliance, a mounting angle adjusting chain block, a safety steel wire rope, a lifting auxiliary steel wire rope and a truss web member are connected in sequence from top to bottom and then are lifted to a floor on the inner side of a high-altitude mounting position; mounting angle adjusting chain blocks are adjusted, and after the inclination angle of the truss web member is adjusted, the main steel wire rope is hoisted to approach the truss upper chord; a traction hoisting steel wire rope is placed on the outer side of the upper chord of the truss and connected with a side lifting lug of the T-shaped lifting appliance; the gravity center of the truss web member moves outwards in the tightening process, and finally the truss web member reaches the designed installation position. The invention provides a quick mounting method for diagonal web members, which aims to improve the working efficiency and ensure the safety of high-altitude operation.
