The invention discloses a modularized steel net rack jacking device and a using method thereof. The modularized steel net rack jacking device comprises a supporting device, a hydraulic device, a standard sleeve, a laser device and a wire leading device. A supporting clamping piece at the top of the supporting device is connected with a first standard plate, a second standard plate and a third standard plate through a first connecting rod and arranged at the bottom of a to-be-jacked ball joint to form an upper structure of the device, and a third connecting rod, the second standard plate and the third standard plate in a standard sleeve are correspondingly arranged on the first standard plate in the supporting device. A middle structure of the device is formed below the second standard plate and the third standard plate, a jacking platform is installed on the upper portion of a hydraulic device, a steel foundation is installed on the lower portion of the hydraulic device, a laser device is fixed to the jacking platform and a supporting clamping piece, and a lead device is arranged in the steel foundation. The modularized standard sleeve component can be freely adjusted to adapt to operation spaces of different steel truss projects, field installation is fast, and operation is easy.
本发明公开了一种模块化钢网架顶升装置及其使用方法,模块化钢网架顶升装置包括支撑装置、液压装置、标准套、激光装置和引线装置。支撑装置顶部的支撑卡件通过第一连接杆与第一标准板、第二标准板和第三标准板连接,设置在待顶球节点底部,组成装置的上部结构,标准套中的第三连接杆、第二标准板和第三标准板分别对应设置在所述支撑装置中第一标准板,第二标准板和第三标准板的下方,组成装置的中部结构,液压装置的上部安装有顶升平台,下部安装有钢基础,激光装置固定在所述顶升平台及所述支撑卡件上,引线装置设置在钢基础的内部。本发明可以通过自由调整模块化标准套构件以适应不同钢网架工程的作业空间,现场安装快捷,操作简单。
