The invention relates to the field of safety protection equipment, in particular to an engineering site construction safety protection fence which comprises supporting columns, a fence part and a hanging ladder part. The multiple supporting columns are installed on the ground, and the outer sides of the supporting columns are rotationally sleeved with first connecting pieces and second connecting pieces. The first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are the same in structure. The number of the fence parts corresponds to that of the supporting columns, the left end of each fence part is connected with the first connecting piece of one supporting column, and the right end of each fence part is connected with the second connecting piece of the adjacent supporting column. The fence plates arranged between the transverse blocking frames in a staggered and hinged mode are adopted to fence a construction site, so that the fence part can be adjusted to a corresponding angle in a self-adaptive mode according to the fluctuation height of the ground, the overall time for adjusting the fence is shortened, and the progress of a project is guaranteed; and the fence can be conveniently and quickly mounted, dismounted and recycled.
