The invention relates to a door handle heating system (1) for a vehicle (100), said door handle heating system (1) comprising: at least one door handle (10) in which a heating element (11) is arranged; the control unit (20) is in communication connection with the heating element (11) and is used for controlling the heating element (11) to heat; a vehicle key (60); the control unit (20) comprises a heating element (11) and a sensing device (70), the sensing device is in communication connection with the heating element (11) and senses approaching of a vehicle key (60), and when the sensing device (70) senses that the vehicle key (60) is located in a determined sensing range, the control unit (20) activates the heating element (11) to conduct heating. Through some embodiments of the invention, the vehicle door handle can be preheated before a passenger or a driver opens the vehicle door, so that the cold touch feeling of the vehicle door handle is avoided.
