One embodiment of the present invention provides a surface-type heating element which comprises a NiCr alloy, has an adhesion strength of 3 N or more with respect to a substrate or an insulating layer, and has a resistivity of 10-4 [Omega] cm to 10-2 [Omega] cm, and thus can be used even at a high operating temperature of 400 DEG C or more, which suppresses the separation of the material itself, and which can be used in a high operating temperature of 400 DEG C or more. And the product has high fracture toughness, low thermal expansion coefficient and heat resistance, so that the reliability of the product is improved, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
