The invention discloses a method for inhibiting non-uniform expansion of steel slag for pavement base course coarse aggregate, which comprises the following steps: 1) screening steel slag, and then adding the screened steel slag into a liquid organic matter for soaking treatment to form an organic matter inclusion so as to obtain organic modified steel slag; and 2) carrying out coating modification on the surface of the obtained organic modified steel slag by adopting a geopolymer mixture to obtain the treated modified steel slag. The modified steel slag is prepared by a two-step coating means based on an organic matter and a polymer in sequence, and then is applied to preparation of the pavement base material, so that the 7d unconfined compressive strength of the obtained base material can be effectively improved, the water immersion expansion rate can be reduced, and relatively long-acting expansion inhibition and cracking prevention effects can be realized; the preparation method is simple, convenient to operate, low in cost and suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种用于抑制路面基层粗集料用钢渣不均匀膨胀的方法，包括如下步骤：1)将钢渣进行筛分，然后加入液态有机物中进行浸泡处理，形成有机物包裹体，得到有机改性钢渣；2)采用地聚合物混合料对所得有机改性钢渣表面进行包覆改性，得到处理完毕的改性钢渣。本发明依次采用基于有机物和聚合物的两步包覆手段制备改性钢渣，然后将其应用于制备路面基层材料，可有效提高所得基层材料的7d无侧限抗压强度，降低浸水膨胀率，并实现较长效的抑膨、防开裂效果；且涉及的制备方法较简单、操作方便，成本较低，适合推广应用。
