Alkali lignin is used as a main raw material, and the grinding-aiding and enhancing performance of the alkali lignin on cement clinker and mixed materials is improved through chemical modification; by adopting an ammonium persulfate oxidation modification method, the relative molecular mass of the alkali lignin is reduced, polar groups in molecules of the alkali lignin are increased, and the efficient cement grinding aid is prepared; the grinding aid mechanism of the prepared efficient cement grinding aid is as follows: the efficient cement grinding aid has adsorption and charge shielding effects on the surfaces of new cement particles; comprehensive performance determination shows that the grinding aid efficiency of the high-efficiency cement grinding aid prepared by the invention is obviously superior to that of triethanolamine, and the later-stage flexural and compressive strength of the high-efficiency cement grinding aid to cement exceeds that of triethanolamine.
