The invention discloses a method for preparing low-shrinkage high-strength concrete by adopting internal curing microcapsules, which comprises the following steps: calculating according to concrete mix proportion parameters to obtain a calculated value of an internal curing water-binder ratio, increasing the calculated value by 0.01-0.02, and determining the internal curing water-binder ratio; the mass water absorption rate of the internal curing microcapsules is tested, and the dosage of the internal curing microcapsules is obtained through calculation; the internal curing microcapsules are used for replacing the fine aggregate in an isovolumetric mode, and the low-shrinkage concrete mix proportion is obtained through calculation; the internal curing microcapsules are put into the mixing water and the internal curing water to be soaked for 3-5 days, stirring of the low-shrinkage concrete is conducted, and pouring forming is conducted. The invention provides a novel method for preparing low-shrinkage high-strength concrete by using the water-saturated internal curing microcapsule, by means of the method, the self-shrinkage of the concrete can be greatly reduced, and the ultralow-shrinkage concrete can be prepared, so that the cracking phenomenon of the concrete is reduced, and the crack resistance of the concrete is remarkably improved.
