The mechanical property of the cement stabilized macadam improved by the oily sludge residues is obviously improved, the compressive elastic modulus and the shrinkage performance are improved, the problem that the rigidity of a semi-rigid base layer is too large is solved, waste can be turned into wealth, the problem that the environment is polluted by the oily sludge pyrolysis residues is solved, the road building cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is increased. And high carbon emission caused by consumption of a large amount of cement in the road building process is reduced.
本发明公开了基于油污泥热解残渣改性水泥稳定碎石及其制备方法,涉及水泥稳定碎石力学及收缩性能的研究技术领域。本发明将碎石按照级配设计进行配制后,与油污泥热解残渣在干燥状态下充分拌合制成混合物。随后,将混合物与3.1%的水充分拌合后,放入密闭容器中闷料2h。最后,将所需的水泥与1.1%水加入混合物充分拌合,制备成不同水泥替换比的水泥油污泥热解残渣稳定碎石。经油污泥残渣改善后的水泥稳定碎石力学性能得到明显提升,抗压弹性模量、收缩性能得到改善,既解决了半刚性基层刚度过大的问题,还可以变废为宝,解决油污泥热解残渣对环境的污染问题,降低筑路成本,降低筑路过程中由于消耗大量水泥造成较高的碳排放量。
