The dry-mixed mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of cement, 3 to 10 parts of active filler, 75 to 85 parts of recycled aggregate, 0.01 to 0.06 part of a water-retaining thickening agent, 0.002 to 0.006 part of an air entraining agent, 0.025 to 0.075 part of a water reducing agent and 1 to 2 parts of a lubricating agent. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the main raw material is the recycled aggregate obtained from the concrete construction waste, and the preparation method of the recycled aggregate does not need drying and wet modification, and is simple in process and low in energy consumption. And other aggregates such as natural sand do not need to be doped, so that the utilization rate of the recycled concrete solid waste can be greatly increased, the recycled concrete is more environment-friendly, and the limitations of shortage of natural sand resources and difficulty in mining are avoided. The other raw materials are conventional products in the market, are easy to obtain and are low in cost.
