Imidazole asphalt anti-stripping agent containing silicon cations
A preparation method of the asphalt anti-stripping agent comprises the following three steps: firstly, taking imidazole and bromododecane as raw materials, reacting to generate N-dodecyl imidazole, then reacting the N-dodecyl imidazole with bromoethanol to obtain hydroxyl-containing cationic imidazole, and finally reacting the hydroxyl-containing cationic imidazole with trimethylchlorosilane to obtain the anti-stripping agent. The silicon cation-containing imidazole asphalt anti-stripping agent is obtained. The preparation process is simple, and reaction conditions are mild. The silicon cation-containing imidazole asphalt anti-stripping agent can improve the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate and improve the anti-stripping performance of asphalt.
本发明公开一种含硅阳离子咪唑沥青抗剥离剂，其制备方法分三步，首先以咪唑、溴代十二烷为原料，反应生成N‑十二烷基咪唑，然后N‑十二烷基咪唑与溴乙醇反应，得到含羟基阳离子咪唑，最后含羟基阳离子咪唑与三甲基氯硅烷反应，得到含硅阳离子咪唑沥青抗剥离剂。制备工艺简单，反应条件温和。含硅阳离子咪唑沥青抗剥离剂可提高沥青与集料的粘附性，提高沥青的抗剥离性能。
