Formwork for pouring bridge pier column
The invention provides a formwork for pouring a bridge pier column. The formwork comprises two or more formwork blades and a plurality of formwork blade connecting and locking devices used for connecting the formwork blades. Lug pieces are arranged at the joints of the template blades, and conical holes are formed in the lug pieces; the template blade connecting and locking device comprises a connecting oil cylinder and a taper pin connected with the connecting oil cylinder; and the taper pins can be inserted into or separated from the taper holes of the lugs at the joints of the corresponding adjacent template blades under the driving of the connecting oil cylinders, and the adjacent template blades are locked or loosened through the matching of the taper pins and the taper holes of the lugs. The formwork is compact in structure, uniform in stress, safe, reliable, easy to operate, high in construction efficiency and capable of being used for achieving automatic pouring construction of bridge pier columns.
本发明提供了一种用于浇筑桥梁墩柱的模板,其包括两个以上模板叶片、多套用于连接模板叶片的模板叶片连接锁紧装置;所述模板叶片的连接处设置有耳片,耳片开有锥形孔;所述模板叶片连接锁紧装置包括连接油缸、与连接油缸相连的锥销;所述锥销可在连接油缸的驱动下,插入或脱离对应相邻模板叶片与模板叶片之间连接处的耳片的锥形孔,通过锥销与耳片的锥形孔的配合,锁紧或者松开相邻的模板叶片。本发明的模板结构紧凑、受力均匀、安全可靠、易于操作、施工效率高,可以用以实现桥梁墩柱的自动化浇筑施工。
