The invention provides a prestressed box girder midspan prestressed steel beam two-way tensioning connection device which comprises two opposite prestressed steel beams and further comprises a support arranged above the prestressed steel beams. The connecting assembly comprises two fixed shaft sleeves which are oppositely arranged on the support, the fixed shaft sleeves are in sliding connection with the support, the bottom ends of the fixed shaft sleeves are rotationally connected with rotating pull rods, opening and closing pieces are arranged at the bottom ends of the rotating pull rods, and each opening and closing piece is provided with a clamping end and a clamping end; the connecting anchorage device is arranged at the end of the prestressed steel beam, and the connecting anchorage device is detachably connected with the rotating pull rod through cooperation of the clamping end and the clamping end; and the tensioning piece is arranged between the two rotating pull rods, and the two rotating pull rods oppositely rotate along the coaxial line through the tensioning piece. The prestressed steel beam tensioning device can achieve tensioning of the prestressed steel beam at the midspan position in the prestressed box girder and can play a role when no tensioning space exists at the girder end, the tensioning condition is limited and the construction period is short.
