The invention relates to a self-moving traffic isolation robot, a system and a lane isolation method thereof in the technical field of road traffic. The self-moving traffic isolation robot comprises a robot body, a driving mechanism, an extension arm, a controller, a positioning device and a power supply, the positioning device comprises a positioning module and a positioning antenna; the positioning antenna is mounted at the top of a shell of the robot body; the controller is installed in the robot body and comprises a main control module, an inertial navigation module, an obstacle sensing module and a communication module, and the positioning module is in electric signal connection with the main control module; the two groups of extension arms are connected to two opposite side surfaces of the robot body; the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor and driving wheels, and the driving wheels are installed at the bottom of the robot body. According to the invention, the two groups of extension arms are arranged on the two opposite side surfaces of the robot body, so that the speed of forming an isolation lane by the traffic isolation robot can be effectively improved, the functions of temporarily closing the lane and the like can be implemented through the extension arms, and the management and control capability of a traffic road is improved.
