The invention discloses a rigid joint diaphragm wall three-groove-in-one construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, cutting and stirring an in-situ soil body on a construction site, doping cement paste curing liquid, and fully stirring and mixing the cement paste curing liquid with the crushed in-situ soil body to form a cement soil continuous pile wall with high strength and excellent water stop performance; s2, guide wall construction; s3, the three groove sections of the diaphragm wall are milled into grooves at the same time through a groove milling machine; s4, after grooving of the three groove sections is completed, hole cleaning, slurry changing and groove hole quality inspection are carried out; s5, two reinforcement cages are sequentially put down into the three groove sections; and S6, concrete of the three groove sections is poured, and construction of the three groove sections is completed at the same time. The construction process is simplified, construction organization is facilitated, the construction period is greatly shortened, the risk of long-time exposure of steel box joints is reduced, the number of groove section joints is reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种刚性接头地连墙三槽合一施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对施工现场原位土体进行切削搅拌,掺入水泥浆固化液,与被打碎的原位土体充分搅拌混合后,形成强度高和止水性能优良的水泥土连续桩墙;S2、导墙施工;S3、使用铣槽机将地连墙三个槽段同时铣切成槽;S4、三个槽段成槽完成后,进行清孔换浆,槽孔质量检查;S5、依次下放两个钢筋笼至三个槽段中;S6、浇筑上述三个槽段的混凝土,同时完成三个槽段的施工。简化了施工工序,便于施工组织,极大的压缩了工期,降低了钢箱接头长时间暴露的风险,减少了槽段接头数量,提高了施工质量。
