Double-hanging-beam pile turning process
According to the double-lifting-beam pile overturning technology, two lifting lugs of a steel pipe pile are sleeved with two main lifting steel wire ropes on two lifting beams correspondingly, a first lifting hook hooks the tail of the steel pipe pile through a lock on a tail slipping steel wire rope connected with a shackle mechanism, and after the first lifting hook and a second lifting hook lift to drive the steel pipe pile to be separated from a transport ship, the transport ship is out of the berth; when the lifting weights of the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook are obviously reduced, the second lifting hook is suspended, the first lifting hook continues to be put down until the tail slipping steel wire rope is in a loose state and then is released through a shackle mechanism, and then the first lifting hook is lifted until the lifting weights of the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook are close, and the first lifting hook and the second lifting hook start to synchronously lift; and in the synchronous lifting process of the lifting hook I and the lifting hook II, the steel pipe pile slowly realizes pile turning operation around the lifting lug. The double-hanging-beam pile turning process is convenient to construct, safe and low in cost.
本发明一种双吊梁翻桩工艺,两根吊梁上的两根主吊钢丝绳分别套装至钢管桩的两个吊耳上,吊钩一通过卸扣机构相连的溜尾钢丝绳上的锁具钩住钢管桩尾部,吊钩一和吊钩二起升带动钢管桩脱离运输船后,运输船离泊;此时下放吊钩一和吊钩二,待吊钩一和吊钩二的吊重明显减少时,暂停下放吊钩二,吊钩一继续下放直至溜尾钢丝绳处于松弛状态后通过卸扣机构脱口,随后吊钩一提升直至吊钩一和吊钩二的吊重接近时,吊钩一和吊钩二开始同步提升,吊钩一和吊钩二同步提升的过程中,钢管桩绕着吊耳缓慢实现翻桩作业。本发明一种双吊梁翻桩工艺,施工方便、安全且成本低廉。
