The invention discloses an installation method of an offshore wind power suction type jacket foundation. The installation method comprises the following steps of foundation manufacturing, foundation transportation, integral hoisting, integral positioning, self-weight sinking, underwater installation of a pump skid, suction penetration and recovery of the pump skid. The foundation manufacturing step comprises manufacturing of a jacket foundation and transformation of a pump skid; the jacket foundation comprises three or four pile jackets and three or four suction buckets; when a jacket foundation is manufactured, a limiting frame is arranged at a suction pump connector of a top cover of each suction barrel, and when a pump skid is transformed, a guiding device is installed at a bottom pump opening of the pump skid; a transport ship is adopted in the basic transport step; a large crane ship is adopted during integral hoisting, integral positioning and self-weight sinking; and a small crane ship is adopted in the steps of underwater installation of the pump skid, suction penetration and recovery of the pump skid. Long-term occupation of a large crane ship is avoided, and conditions are created for forming flow construction and improving construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种海上风电吸力式导管架基础的安装方法,包括以下步骤:基础制作、基础运输、整体吊装、整体定位、自重下沉、泵撬块水下安装、吸力沉贯和泵撬块回收;进行基础制作步骤时,包括导管架基础制作和泵撬块改造;导管架基础包括三或四桩导管架和三或四个吸力桶;在进行导管架基础制作时,在每个吸力桶的顶盖的吸力泵连接口处设置限位架,在进行泵撬块改造时,在泵撬块的底部泵口安装导向装置;进行基础运输步骤时采用运输船;进行整体吊装、整体定位和自重下沉时均采用大型起重船;进行泵撬块水下安装、吸力沉贯和泵撬块回收步骤时均采用小型起重船。本发明避免了对大型起重船的长期占用,为形成流水施工,提高施工效率创造条件。
