The concealed box type top-spraying shower head pre-embedded body comprises a pre-embedded box with an opening in the top, a left pre-embedded body and a right pre-embedded body are installed in the pre-embedded box respectively, and a cold water inlet and a hot water inlet are formed in the front side of the left pre-embedded body and the front side of the right pre-embedded body respectively.
