The invention discloses an anti-seepage three-dimensional fabric composite board which comprises a three-dimensional fabric frame and an anti-seepage layer, the three-dimensional fabric frame comprises a fiber array and at least two porous fabric layers, and the fiber array is located between the two porous fabric layers. The impermeable layer is arranged on the side, away from the fiber array, of one porous fabric layer, the impermeable layer and the porous fabric layers are of an integrated structure, and mortar or concrete is allowed to pass through the porous fabric layer on the face, not provided with the impermeable layer, of the three-dimensional fabric frame. The seepage-proofing three-dimensional fabric composite board is combined with a concrete working face into a whole through the porous fabric layer and the fiber array, and the seepage-proofing three-dimensional fabric composite board forms a stable seepage-proofing face on the concrete surface or in the concrete surface. The method is good in anti-seepage effect, high in combining capacity with concrete, wide in application, easy to operate, low in requirement for a base plane and good in stability.
