The invention provides a composite self-heat-preservation integrated plate splicing method, and relates to the technical field of heat preservation integrated plate installation. The thermal insulation integrated plate comprises a tenon, a mortise and an end part; rubber adjusting gaskets are mounted at the end parts; the tenons are clamped into the mortises of the adjacent thermal insulation integrated plates, and the rubber adjusting gaskets at the two ends expand to clamp the end heads of the adjacent thermal insulation integrated plates; the supporting frame body comprises a main keel, an auxiliary keel and a positioning bolt, the main keel is vertically arranged and installed on a wall body, and the main keel and the auxiliary keel are perpendicular to each other; polystyrene foam is injected into the joint of the plate joints, so that the integrity and the sealing performance of the plate are improved; and the installation of the whole composite self-heat-preservation integrated plate is completed repeatedly according to the method. The method solves the problems that only straight edges can be machined by using a disk saw in field machining, the flatness is insufficient, slurry leakage often occurs in a splicing seam between two adjacent plates, the splicing seam is not tight and the like.
