A suspended dome with adjustable prestressing force in the service period comprises a reticulated shell, a tensioning integral structure and a support, rod pieces in the reticulated shell are connected through welding ball joints, and the tensioning integral structure comprises annular inhaul cables, radial inhaul cables, supporting rods, supporting rod upper joints, supporting rod lower joints and annular cable connecting joints; the annular inhaul cable and the radial inhaul cable are each composed of a double-lug anchorage device, a pin shaft, an adjusting sleeve, a two-way adjusting screw and an inhaul cable body. The supporting rod is composed of a top end universal hinge, a circular steel pipe with a built-in thread and a two-way adjusting screw rod. The supporting rod upper joint is connected with the latticed shell rod piece, the supporting rod and the radial inhaul cable. The supporting rod lower joint is connected with a supporting rod, an annular inhaul cable and a radial inhaul cable. The annular cable connecting nodes are connected with different cable sections of the same circle of annular inhaul cables; matched tensioning tools are arranged at the lower joints of the annular inhaul cables, the radial inhaul cables and the supporting rods respectively. The prestress in the service period can be adjusted, multiple times of prestress compensation can be carried out, construction operation is simple, the tensioning tool can be designed and manufactured in a standardized mode, and efficiency is guaranteed.
