Rhombic pressing rod inhaul cable connecting structure and construction method thereof
The rhombic pressing rod and inhaul cable connecting structure comprises a set of pressing rod units which are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, the front end and the rear end of each pressing rod unit are connected to the corresponding front-row side column and the corresponding rear-row side column respectively, and each pressing rod unit is in a rhombic shape and comprises a rhombic pressing rod, a rhombic connecting rod, an inhaul cable supporting rod and a fixed-length inhaul cable. The fixed-length inhaul cables and the pressing rod units are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, cable heads at the two ends of each fixed-length inhaul cable are connected to anchoring lug plates at the bottom of a front-end connecting node and the bottom of a rear-end connecting node of the corresponding pressing rod unit in a pulling mode, and the inhaul cable supporting rods are arranged under the rhombic connecting rods correspondingly. Compared with an existing cable structure which is a length-adjustable cable with an adjustable screw rod, a string roof structure of a structural unit is formed by the rhombic pressing rods cooperating with the supporting rods and the prestress fixed-length inhaul cables, the inhaul cables are in a form of not adjusting the length, the structural connection form of the rhombic pressing rods, the supporting rods and the inhaul cables is precisely designed, the construction error is controlled, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the device can be installed in place at one time during construction.
一种菱形压杆拉索连接构造及其施工方法,包括压杆单元,压杆单元沿纵向并列设置有一组,前后两端分别连接在对应的前排边柱与后排边柱上,压杆单元呈菱形,包括菱形压杆、菱形连系杆、拉索撑杆和定长拉索,定长拉索与压杆单元一一对应设置,定长拉索两端的索头分别拉接在压杆单元的前端连接节点底部与后端连接节点底部的锚固耳板上,拉索撑杆对应菱形连系杆的正下方设置。本发明相比现有索结构均为带可调螺杆的可调长度索,采用菱形压杆协同撑杆与预应力定长拉索组成结构单元的张弦屋盖结构,拉索为不调节长度的形式,通过精确设计菱形压杆、撑杆和拉索的结构连接形式,控制施工误差,可以在施工中一次安装到位。
