The invention discloses a cantilever I-shaped steel dismounting device which comprises a fixing mechanism and a traction mechanism. The fixing mechanism comprises a clamping ring structure, an upper fixing structure and a steel wire rope. One end of the steel wire rope is connected with the clamping ring structure, and the other end of the steel wire rope sequentially penetrates through the front baffle of the upper fixing structure, the hole of the upper concrete structure, the rear baffle, the front-end sleeve, the middle sleeve and the rear-end sleeve; the middle sleeve can observe the steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope in the middle sleeve is bent; the traction mechanism comprises a floor anchoring structure, a traction rope and a manual or electric hoist; the floor anchoring structure is fixed on a floor; the front end of the cantilever I-shaped steel penetrates through a hole formed by the floor anchoring structure and the floor and then is connected with one end of a traction rope, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with a manual or electric hoist; and the cantilever I-shaped steel moves into the floor under the action of a manual or electric hoist.
