The invention discloses a fence stand column construction method which comprises the following steps: completing pouring of a stand column foundation on a construction site, pre-pouring and fixing a plurality of upward connecting steel bars on the stand column foundation, standing a prefabricated stand column prefabricated part with a hollow structure on the foundation, and sleeving the exposed connecting steel bars with the prefabricated stand column prefabricated part; a post-cast section is cast in an inner cavity of the lower portion of the stand column prefabricated part in situ, so that the post-cast section and the stand column foundation are fixedly connected into a whole through the connecting steel bars, and the stand column prefabricated part is obtained by splicing a plurality of stand column barrels in the length direction and then pouring concrete into pouring connecting space interlayers on the peripheral sides of the stand column barrels to be fixedly connected into a whole. The method has the advantages that the machining difficulty can be reduced, the production and machining efficiency can be improved, and the product appearance quality requirement can be better met.
