According to the method, the temperature rise process is adjustable and controllable, the expansion process is adjustable and controllable, the crack resistance of the concrete can be effectively improved, the temperature rise-deformation double-process regulation and control of the concrete are realized by adopting a directional regulation and control technology of a heat release source and a quantitative regulation and control technology of an expansion source, and then the concrete with high crack resistance, high durability and high strength is prepared.
