The invention relates to a concrete shrinkage reducing agent prepared on the basis of lepidolite leaching residues and application of the concrete shrinkage reducing agent, and the concrete shrinkage reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-20% of SO3, 9-25% of Al2O3, 20-60% of SiO2, 3-17% of CaO, 0-15% of Na2O, 0-10% of K2O, 0-3.5% of F, 0-10% of MgO and the balance of inevitable impurities. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a pretreatment process of filtering and drying lepidolite leaching residues to obtain tailing particles; an element adjusting process of adjusting the content of components in the tailings particles to obtain a mixture; and a post-treatment process of ball-milling the mixture to obtain the concrete shrinkage reducing agent. The method has the advantages of being low in carbon, environmentally friendly, simple in step and low in cost, green recycling of solid waste resources can be achieved, the prepared concrete shrinkage reducing agent can be applied to a cement-based material, the concrete shrinkage reducing agent is further excited by adding diethanolisopropanolamine, and the compactness is improved by optimizing grain composition through a fullerene curve; therefore, the cement-based material with high shrinkage reducing property and high durability can be prepared.
本发明涉及一种基于锂云母浸出渣制备的混凝土减缩剂及其应用,混凝土减缩剂由包含以下重量百分比的原料制成,SO3:5~20%,Al2O3:9~25%,SiO2:20~60%,CaO:3~17%,Na2O:0~15%,K2O:0~10%,F:0~3.5%,MgO:0~10%,余量为不可避免的杂质;制备方法包括,锂云母浸出渣过滤烘干得到尾渣颗粒的预处理过程;调整尾渣颗粒中组分含量的元素调整过程,得到混合物;以及,球磨混合物得到混凝土减缩剂的后处理过程。本发明具有低碳环保、步骤简单、成本低的优点,能实现固废资源的绿色化再利用,制得的混凝土减缩剂可应用于水泥基材料中,通过添加二乙醇单异丙醇胺进一步激发混凝土减缩剂,并利用富勒曲线优化颗粒级配提升密实度,从而能制备出高减缩性、高耐久性水泥基材料。
