Preparation method of self-cleaning non-blending high-alumina fly ash ceramic membrane support
The invention relates to a preparation method of a self-cleaning non-blending high-alumina fly ash ceramic membrane support. The method comprises the following steps: mixing high-alumina fly ash, starch and methyl cellulose, and carrying out dry mixing for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed material; adding distilled water into the mixture, stirring at the constant temperature of 80-100 DEG C for 1-2 hours to obtain pug, putting the pug into a mold, and performing extrusion forming under the pressure of 6-14 MPa to obtain a green body; and heating the obtained green body to 1200-1400 DEG C, and sintering for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the self-cleaning non-blending high-alumina fly ash ceramic membrane support body. Aluminum oxide or other aluminum-containing oxides are not additionally added, iron oxide and titanium oxide are dissolved in the support body, the support body has the self-cleaning capacity of degrading organic pollution resistance, and the flux recovery rate of the polluted support body is high after the polluted support body is treated by an oxidizing agent.
本发明为一种自洁型无掺混高铝粉煤灰陶瓷膜支撑体的制备方法。该方法包括如下步骤:将高铝粉煤灰、淀粉、甲基纤维素混合,进行干混1h~2h,得到混合物料;然后再向其中加入蒸馏水,在80~100℃下恒温搅拌1h~2h,得到泥料,将泥料放置到模具中,在6MPa~14MPa压力下挤压成型,得到生胚;再将得到的生胚升温到1200℃~1400℃下,烧结0.5h~1h,得到自洁型无掺混高铝粉煤灰陶瓷膜支撑体。本发明不额外添加氧化铝或其他含铝氧化物,支撑体中固溶了铁氧化物和钛氧化物具有降解有机污阻的自洁能力,受污染的支撑体经氧化剂处理后通量恢复率高。
