本发明公开了一种铝酸盐水泥结合不定形耐火材料修补料及其制备方法,针对铝酸盐水泥特性,由Al2O3‑SiO2系熟料、细粉、广西粘土、α氧化铝微粉、微硅粉等骨料粉料混合物和铝酸盐水泥、磷酸溶液等结合剂制备出修补用耐火胶泥,耐火胶泥内部所含的结合剂能与残存衬体内的铝酸盐耐火水泥形成新的结合相,使残存衬体和修补料之间形成有效结合,从而避免了出现"两层皮"和烘烤至高温时再次发生脱落现象,提高了铝酸盐水泥结合不定形耐火材料衬体的使用寿命。
