The invention provides a paving method of a thin-layer asphalt overlay for inhibiting reflection cracks of a cement pavement, which comprises the following steps of: performing finish milling, galling or shot blasting treatment on the surface of an old cement pavement, cleaning the surface of the old cement pavement, and pouring cracks of a pavement slab; a sticky layer is brushed or sprayed right above the old cement pavement slab joint, and the sticky layer covers the two sides of the slab joint; after the emulsified asphalt of the sticky layer is completely demulsified and water is evaporated, a high-elastic modified asphalt belt with the width larger than the width of the slab joint by 6 cm is poured on the sticky layer, and the thickness of the high-elastic modified asphalt belt is 0.1-0.2 time of the thickness of a thin asphalt overlay to be paved; and paving and compacting the asphalt mixture on the pavement to form a thin overlay, wherein the temperature of the asphalt mixture during paving is greater than 165 DEG C. Therefore, the problem of reflection cracks caused by paving the thin asphalt overlay on the cement pavement can be economically and effectively prevented or delayed.
本发明提供了一种用于抑制水泥路面反射裂缝的薄层沥青罩面的铺装方法,包括以下步骤:对旧水泥路面进行路表精铣刨、拉毛或抛丸处理,再进行路表清扫、路面板缝的灌缝;在旧水泥路面板缝正上方涂刷或喷涂一层黏层,黏层覆盖板缝两侧;待所述黏层的乳化沥青完全破乳且水分蒸发后,于所述黏层上浇筑一条宽度大于板缝宽度6cm的高弹改性沥青带,所述高弹改性沥青带的厚度为拟摊铺薄层沥青罩面厚度的0.1~0.2倍;在路面上摊铺和压实沥青混合料以形成薄层罩面,摊铺时沥青混合料的温度大于165℃。从而可经济有效地预防或延缓水泥路面加铺薄层沥青罩面的反射裂缝问题。
