The invention discloses a rubble structure layer capable of preventing a tire from falling off due to impact scraping and a laying method thereof, and belongs to the field of pavement construction, the structure layer comprises a concave-convex framework layer and an anti-falling and anti-sliding structure layer formed by laying anti-falling sand grains on the concave-convex framework layer. The method comprises the following two construction processes: firstly, directly and synchronously spreading a first layer of cationic emulsified asphalt and gravels on an original concrete pavement layer to form a framework layer on the original pavement, rolling and forming by using a road roller, and embedding the gravels into the original pavement layer to form the framework layer with a concave-convex structure; then a second layer of anionic emulsified asphalt and anti-wear sand is synchronously spread on the first skeleton layer, free floating sand is reduced in cooperation with a mop, a road roller is used for rolling forming, the anti-wear sand is embedded into concave gaps of the first skeleton layer gravel, a continuous and smooth pavement layer is formed, the pushing and scraping force of tires to the skeleton layer gravel is reduced, and single gravel is prevented from falling off; and positive and negative charge ions of the emulsified asphalt are absorbed in two times, so that the structure of the anti-falling and anti-sliding layer is firmer, and the curing time of construction is shortened by more than half an hour.
本发明公开了防止轮胎冲刮脱落的碎石结构层及其铺设方法,属于路面施工领域,该结构层包括凹凸骨架层以及在凹凸骨架层上铺设防脱砂粒而形成的防脱抗滑结构层。本发明通过两道施工工艺:首先在原混凝土路面层上,直接同步洒铺第一层:阳离子乳化沥青+碎石,在原路面上形成骨架层,并用压路机碾压成形,碎石部分嵌入原路面层上,形成凹凸结构的骨架层;然后再在其上同步洒铺第二层:阴离子乳化沥青+抗磨砂,配合拖布减少游离浮砂,再用压路机碾压成形,抗磨砂嵌入第一层骨架层碎石的凹陷空隙中,形成连续平顺的路面层,降低轮胎对骨架层碎石的推刮力,避免单粒碎石脱落;并且前后两遍乳化沥青阳阴电荷离子相吸,防脱抗滑层的结构更加牢固,施工的固化时间缩短半小时以上。
