Construction method for reserved post-grouting structure of road and bridge transition section
A construction method of a road and bridge transition section reserved post-grouting structure comprises the steps that sand gravel pits are reserved along the starting point, the middle portion and the tail portion of a bridge head transition slab; a group of grouting steel floral tubes are reserved in the middle and the tail of a transition slab respectively, each group of grouting round tubes are embedded in sand gravel grooves, reserved grouting open holes are formed in the position away from a curb zone, the sand gravel grooves are longitudinally formed in the middle and the tail of the abutment back wall and the transition slab for connection, and in order to prevent concrete cushion slurry from blocking sand pits, anti-seepage geomembranes are laid on the grooves, and sand gravel is backfilled in the grooves. Starting post-grouting when filling is completed for not less than 6 months or the vehicle bump is obviously felt; compared with traditional reinforcement protection, the method has the advantages that driving interruption is not needed, monitoring and operation conditions are combined, treatment is flexible, and the technical problems that a traditional reinforcement method is difficult to construct, high in investment, long in construction period, serious in pavement damage and the like are solved; the construction method has the advantages of being convenient to construct, good in economical efficiency, environmentally friendly, beneficial to application and popularization and the like.
一种路桥过渡段预留后注浆结构的施工方法,包括砂砾石坑槽,沿着桥头搭板起点、中部、尾部预留三处;搭板中部、尾部各预留一组注浆钢花管,将每组注浆圆管埋入砂砾石槽内,距离路缘带处设置预留注浆开孔,桥台背墙、搭板中部及尾部纵向设置砂砾石槽连接,为了避免混凝土垫层浆液堵塞砂坑,槽上铺设防渗土工膜,槽内回填砂砾石,填筑完成不小于6个月或明显感觉跳车时,启动后注浆;本发明较传统加固防护,解决了不需要中断行车,结合监测及运营状况,处理灵活,解决了传统加固方法施工困难、投资高、工期长、对路面破坏严重等技术难题;提出的施工方法具有施工方便、经济性好、环保和利于推广应用等特点。
