The invention provides a pier protection sleeve and a construction method thereof.The protection sleeve comprises a prefabricated sleeve, the prefabricated sleeve is located at the joint of a pier body steel pipe and a pile foundation, the inner diameter of the prefabricated sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of a reinforcement cage of the pile foundation, and the concrete strength of the prefabricated sleeve is larger than or equal to C80; first concrete is filled between the prefabricated sleeve and the pier body steel pipe, the first concrete and second concrete located in the pier body steel pipe are integrally formed and poured, a steel sealing plate is arranged on the top face of the first concrete, slurry rising holes are formed in the steel sealing plate, and the steel sealing plate is connected with the prefabricated sleeve. According to the structure, the connecting area between the pier body and the pile foundation is increased, connection between the pier body and the pile foundation is more reliable, plastic hinges are not prone to being generated under the earthquake action, the flexural rigidity of the steel pipe at the pier pile transition joint and the corrosion resistance and impact resistance of the pier at the pier pile transition joint are further enhanced, and good application and popularization prospects are achieved.
本发明提供一种桥墩保护套及其施工方法,保护套包含预制套筒,所述预制套筒位于墩身钢管和桩基的连接处,所述预制套筒的内径适配所述桩基的钢筋笼的外径,所述预制套筒的混凝土强度≥C80,所述预制套筒和墩身钢管之间填充第一混凝土,所述第一混凝土和位于所述墩身钢管内的第二混凝土一体成型浇筑,所述第一混凝土顶面设有钢封板,所述钢封板上设有冒浆孔,所述钢封板与预制套筒相互连接。本结构增大了墩身与桩基之间的连接面积,使得墩身与桩基间的连接更加可靠,不易在地震作用下产生塑性铰,进一步增强了墩桩过渡接头处钢管的抗弯刚度,以及该处桥墩的防腐蚀能力和抗冲击能力,具有较好的应用推广前景。
