The invention relates to a replacement pier for releasing an underpass space of an existing road below an overpass bridge and a construction method of the replacement pier. In an existing road widening project, an existing replacement pier cover beam is large in vertical deflection and high in construction safety risk. The whole replacement pier body is in an inverted L shape, a replacement pier cover beam cantilever is arranged on one side of the top of the replacement pier body, a vertically-through replacement pier reserved hole is formed in the replacement pier cover beam cantilever, and the replacement pier reserved hole serves as a containing space of the top of an existing pier column. The displacement pier constructed by the invention can skillfully realize the transverse deviation of the position of the existing pier column, effectively release the longitudinal underpass space of the crossed road under the bridge, and can gradually eliminate the downwarping of the displacement pier through the structural design of filling after reserving the hole; the jacking amount of the upper main beam of each stage is strictly controlled within the maximum support forced displacement range allowed by the upper statically indeterminate structure, load conversion is safe and smooth, potential safety hazards of construction are greatly reduced, the original bridge structure is utilized to the maximum extent, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种释放跨线桥下既有道路下穿空间的置换桥墩及其施工方法。在既有道路拓宽工程中,现有置换墩盖梁竖向挠度大、施工安全风险高。本发明的置换桥墩墩身整体呈倒L形,顶部一侧设置有置换桥墩盖梁悬臂,置换桥墩盖梁悬臂上设置有竖向贯通的置换桥墩预留孔洞,置换桥墩预留孔洞作为既有桥墩墩柱顶部的容置空间。本发明构建的置换桥墩能够巧妙地实现既有墩柱位置横向偏移,有效释放桥下被交道路纵向下穿空间,预留孔洞后填充的构造设计能够逐步消除置换墩下挠,使每一级上部主梁顶升量严格控制在上部超静定结构允许的最大支座强制位移量范围之内,荷载转换安全顺畅,极大降低了施工安全隐患,最大限度利用原有桥梁结构,节约工程造价。
