The UHPC reinforcing layer is formed by cast-in-place of rapid-hardening and reduction UHPC materials and is provided with a toughening reinforcing mesh, the prefabricated steel-UHPC steering device achieves the purpose that the prestressed steel strands are converted from the upper edge of the concrete bridge deck slab to the lower edge of the concrete bridge deck slab, and the prestressed steel strands are anchored to the lower edge of the concrete bridge deck slab through the prefabricated UHPC anchoring device.
