The pushing mechanism comprises a piston cylinder, a connecting plate is fixedly connected to the hydraulic structure, the piston cylinder is fixedly connected to the connecting plate, and a piston plate is slidably arranged in the piston cylinder; the two ends of the piston cylinder are fixedly connected with filter screens, and a driving assembly used for driving the piston plate to do reciprocating motion is arranged in the piston cylinder. The possibility that the water area around the gate freezes can be conveniently reduced, and therefore the gate can be normally opened and closed conveniently.
