A cleaning mechanism is arranged on one side of the overturning frame; the overturning frame comprises arc-shaped plates which are symmetrically arranged, the sections of the two arc-shaped plates are fan-shaped, the angle is 90 degrees, an overturning plate is fixed between the bottoms of the two arc-shaped plates, and overturning grooves are formed in the end faces of the arc-shaped plates; the problems that in the prior art, flood discharge modes for different intensities of floods are the same, a multi-stage treatment mode is not adopted, flood discharge modes for small-intensity floods are adopted, waste of flood treatment resources is likely to be caused, garbage in the floods is not treated in time when the floods are discharged, and water pollution treatment is likely to be inconvenient are solved.
本发明涉及城市用一体化排洪泵闸,包括对称设置的升降机构,两个所述升降机构之间设置有泄流板,所述泄流板的顶部侧两侧均设有开口,所述泄流板的顶部设置有翻转架,所述翻转架的顶部设置有带动翻转架翻转的翻转机构,所述翻转架的一侧设置有清理机构;所述翻转架包括对称设置的弧形板,两个所述弧形板的截面均为扇形且角度为九十度,两个所述弧形板的底部之间固定有翻转板,所述弧形板的端面开设有翻转槽;解决了现有技术中,对于不同强度的洪水泄洪方式一样,不具有多级处理方式,面对小强度的洪水这样的泄洪方式,容易造成洪水处理资源的浪费,并且在对洪水进行泄流时,洪水中的垃圾处理不及时,容易导致水污染治理不便等问题。
