The invention provides an integral jacket structure for an offshore converter station, which is characterized in that the upper part of an integral jacket is connected with an upper module of the offshore converter station, and a steel pipe pile is used for anchoring the integral jacket; the integral jacket comprises a butt-joint main guide pipe for bearing the upper module and an outer frame arranged on the periphery, and a connecting frame for connecting the butt-joint main guide pipe and the outer frame at the same time is arranged in the lower area of the integral jacket; an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve which are connected with the steel pipe pile are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the integral jacket respectively. In order to solve the problems that after the weight of the offshore converter station jacket foundation is increased, hoisting cannot be achieved, and sliding launching in a shallow sea area is limited, inner and outer sleeve structures with different crest elevations are adopted, the load force transmission path of the offshore converter station overall jacket foundation is optimized, and therefore the structural bearing capacity of the overall jacket is improved.
