Abstract

The invention discloses an inclinometer pipe opening protection assembly, an inclinometer pipe device and a construction method of the inclinometer pipe device, the protection assembly comprises a protection cover, an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, the inner sleeve is provided with a through hole for sleeving, the upper end of the inner sleeve is in fastening connection with the protection cover through a fastening mechanism, and the lower end of the inner sleeve is in inserted connection with the outer sleeve. According to the protection assembly, the inner sleeve wraps the upper end of the inclinometer pipe, meanwhile, the bottom of the outer sleeve and the outer wall of the inclinometer pipe are bonded through the adhesive tape, the pipe opening of the inclinometer pipe is covered with the protection cover, and the protection cover and the inner sleeve are connected in a fastened mode through the bolt, so that the pipe opening and part of the outer wall of the inclinometer pipe can be protected; the connecting part of the inclinometer pipe and the reinforcement cage stirrup can be protected against brittle failure, the inner sleeve and the protective cover can be recycled for multiple times, the construction method is easy to operate, the technical requirement is not high, and the protective device can be rapidly mounted and dismounted.

本发明公开了一种测斜管管口保护组件、测斜管装置及其施工方法，保护组件包括保护盖、外套管和内套管，所述内套管具有供套设用的通孔，且其上端通过紧固机构与所述保护盖紧固连接，下端与所述外套管插接。本发明提出的保护组件通过将内套管将测斜管的上端包裹，同时将外套管的底部与测斜管的外壁用胶带粘接，并将保护盖盖在测斜管的管口上，用螺栓将保护盖与内套管紧固连接，可以对测斜管的管口及部分外壁起到保护作用，能保护测斜管与钢筋笼箍筋连接的部分不至于被脆性破坏，内套管和保护盖可以循环多次使用，施工方法操作简单，对技术要求不高，能快速对保护装置进行安装和拆卸。
