The invention relates to a variable-diameter pile forming device. The variable-diameter pile forming device comprises a plurality of longitudinal bar assemblies arranged in the circumferential direction and spiral stirrups spirally wound around the longitudinal bar assemblies in the vertical direction. The variable-diameter pile forming device further comprises a distraction structure used for driving the longitudinal bar assemblies to be away from one another so as to expand the diameter. The longitudinal bar assembly comprises a plurality of longitudinal bars arranged in the vertical direction and further comprises longitudinal bar connectors located between any two adjacent longitudinal bars, and the ends of the longitudinal bars are inserted into the corresponding longitudinal bar connectors in a matched and sliding mode in the vertical direction. The longitudinal bar connectors are located at the intersecting positions of the spiral stirrups and the longitudinal bar assemblies, the spiral stirrups penetrate through the longitudinal bar connectors and can slide relative to the longitudinal bar connectors, and the expanding structure drives the longitudinal bar assemblies to be away from one another so that diameter expanding can be conducted. The spiral stirrups slide relative to the longitudinal bar connectors and drive the longitudinal bar connectors to move in the vertical direction so that the depth of the longitudinal bars inserted into the longitudinal bar connectors can be increased, and then the length of the longitudinal bar assembly can be shortened.
