The invention discloses a fan-shaped pile construction method. The fan-shaped pile construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a guide hole is drilled; the blocking piece with the semicircular section and the auxiliary piece with the semicircular section are spliced into a round pipe, the round pipe is inserted into the pile tip after being aligned, the pile tip is downwards led to press the round pipe into the leading hole, then the auxiliary piece is pulled out, and the blocking piece is reserved in the leading hole; thirdly, the rotary spraying head with a main spraying opening is connected with a grouting pipe, and the drilling machine controls the rotary spraying head to gradually sink to the bottom of the guide hole; a jet medium is input into the grouting pipe, the jet medium is jetted into the soil body through a main nozzle of the rotary spraying head, the drilling machine drives the rotary spraying head to rise gradually, meanwhile, the rotary spraying head repeatedly swings left and right around the center line of the grouting pipe, and swing spraying construction is completed; and fifthly, pile forming is conducted. Construction of the fan-shaped pile is achieved by improving the rotary spraying head and arranging the blocking pieces, construction is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明公开了一种扇形桩施工方法，包括以下步骤：步骤一、钻引孔；步骤二、下阻隔片：将截面同为半圆形的阻隔片和辅助片拼接成一个圆管，调正方位后插入至桩尖内，通过桩尖下引将其压入引孔中，然后拔出辅助片，保留阻隔片在引孔中；步骤三、下沉旋喷头：将带有主喷口的旋喷头连接注浆管，钻机控制旋喷头逐步下沉到引孔底；步骤四、摆喷施工：将射流介质输入注浆管，射流介质通过旋喷头的主喷口喷射入土体，钻机带动旋喷头逐步上升，同时旋喷头围绕注浆管中心线左右反复摆动，完成摆喷施工；步骤五、成桩。本发明通过改进旋喷头和设置阻隔片，实现扇形桩的施工，施工方便，造价低。
