Steel pipe structure cofferdam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel pipe structure cofferdam and a building method thereof. The cofferdam comprises a steel pipe frame, a breast board, waterproof cloth and a plurality of counterweight sand bags. The steel pipe frame comprises multiple pairs of supporting steel pipes, horizontal transverse steel pipes and multiple horizontal longitudinal steel pipes. Each pair of supporting steel pipes are obliquely connected in a crossed manner; the multiple pairs of supporting steel pipes are arranged in parallel at intervals in the axis direction of the cofferdam, and the lower portions of each pair of supporting steel pipes are inserted into a river bottom soil body. The horizontal transverse steel pipe comprises an upper horizontal transverse steel pipe arranged at the intersection point of the multiple pairs of supporting steel pipes and lower horizontal transverse steel pipes arranged between the waists of the multiple pairs of supporting steel pipes in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the plurality of horizontal longitudinal steel pipes are bridged between the pair of lower horizontal transverse steel pipes at intervals along the axis direction of the cofferdam; the soil retaining plate covers the upstream face of the steel pipe frame; the waterproof cloth covers the soil retaining plate; and the plurality of counterweight sand bags are pressed on the waterproof cloth at the river bottom part at intervals along the axis direction of the cofferdam. The device is simple in structure, firm, stable and convenient and fast to assemble and disassemble.
