According to the modular walking control system and method for the walking type excavator, an electric proportional pressure reducing valve is combined with a hydraulic control proportional motor, and the hydraulic control proportional motor is controlled according to the relation between the displacement of the hydraulic control proportional motor and the control pressure and the corresponding relation between the pressure of the electric proportional pressure reducing valve and the current; the displacement of a left motor and the displacement of a right motor are set through a displayer interface, a controller calculates hydraulic control pressure according to the relation between the displacement of the motors and a pressure characteristic curve, control current is calculated and a current signal is sent out according to the corresponding relation between the pressure of the electric proportional valve and a current characteristic curve, and the displacement of the motors needs to be set; during operation, displacement switching is achieved through a control panel switching button, speed switching is carried out, and engine power is fully utilized. The displacement setting of the motors can be quickly realized as required, the operation is simple, the pressure of a plurality of groups of electric proportional pressure reducing valves can be set as required, the displacement setting of each motor is independently controlled, and the speed consistency is well ensured; and intelligent and remote operation requirements are met through an electro-hydraulic split type control mode, so that the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种模块化步履式挖掘机行走控制系统及控制方法,通过电比例减压阀和液控比例马达结合,根据液控比例马达的排量和控制压力关系、电比例减压阀压力和电流的对应关系,通过相应控制策略来实现速度的调节:通过显示器界面设定左右马达排量、控制器通过马达排量和压力特性曲线关系计算出液控压力,根据电比例阀压力和电流特性曲线对应关系,计算控制电流,发出电流信号,实现马达的排量需要设定,操作时通过控制面板切换按钮实现排量切换,进行速度切换,充分利用发动机功率。这样可快速根据需要实现马达的排量设定,操作简单,可根据需要设置多组电比例减压阀压力,单独控制各个马达排量设定,速度一致性好保证;通过电液分体式控制方式满足智能化、远程操作需要,从而提高工作效率。
