The concealed water supply and drainage system comprises a trap, a corrugated pipe straight joint, a corrugated pipe elbow, a water collecting box and a water socket, a water seal structure is arranged in the trap, one port of the trap is connected with a water inlet in the top of the water collecting box through a pipeline, and ports in the two side faces of the trap are connected with the corrugated pipe elbow through the corrugated pipe straight joint. A water outlet of the corrugated pipe elbow is connected with the counter basin, pipelines are arranged on the two sides of the water collecting box and connected with the water sockets respectively, the water sockets are used for being connected with drainage equipment, a water outlet of the water collecting box is connected with a drainage pipeline, the trap, the water collecting box and the pipelines used for connection are flat pipes, and the water collecting box, the water sockets and the pipelines used for connection are buried in a wall. According to the invention, the problems of crowded space below the counter basin, kitchen deodorization and mildew in a kitchen cabinet body caused by deodorization backflow are solved.
