The invention relates to a construction method for a concrete external gutter of a fabricated plant. Comprising the following steps: step 1, preparing and manufacturing an L75 * 5 type angle steel bracket; step 2, mounting an L75 * 5 type angle steel bracket and a template; 3, mounting an external gutter bottom plate and gutter side wall steel bars according to design requirements; 4, after acceptance inspection is qualified, outer hanging gutter bottom plate concrete is poured; and (5) a side formwork is erected, and external gutter side wall concrete is poured. In the construction process of the externally-hung gutter, a full-frame scaffold system does not need to be erected, the space of a frame body erecting area is not occupied, and the method of the externally-hung gutter for subsequent construction is not affected; therefore, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the overall construction period is not affected.
本发明是一种装配式厂房混凝土外挂天沟施工方法；包括步骤1、L75*5型角钢托架的准备及制作工作；步骤2、L75*5型角钢托架及模板安装工作；步骤3、按设计要求安装外挂天沟底板、天沟侧壁钢筋；步骤4、验收合格后浇筑外挂天沟底板混凝土；步骤5、支设侧模模板，并浇筑外挂天沟侧壁砼。本发明所提出的外挂天沟仔施工过程中不需要搭设满樘脚手架体系，不占用架体搭设区域空间，不影响后续施工的外挂天沟做法；从而有效提高了施工效率，确保不会影响整体工期。
