Adjustable wall connecting piece and construction method thereof
The invention provides an adjustable wall connecting piece which comprises a fastener, a telescopic pipe and an expansion bolt, one end of the fastener is fixed on a scaffold vertical rod, one end of the telescopic pipe is in threaded connection with the other end of the fastener, the other end of the telescopic pipe is in pin joint with one end of the expansion bolt, and the other end of the expansion bolt is fixed in a bolt hole of a building facade. The invention further discloses a construction method of the adjustable wall connecting piece. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, paying off is conducted on the outer facade of a building, and bolt holes are punched; (2) an expansion bolt head is placed in the bolt hole, a punch is used for expansion, and the expansion bolt head is opened and clamped in the bolt hole of the building facade; (3) wall connecting pieces are assembled, and the wall connecting pieces are connected with expansion bolt heads; 4, the telescopic length of the wall connecting piece is adjusted, so that a scaffold vertical rod is locked by the circular ring lock catches. The problem that a through-wall hole must be reserved in a wall surface or a masonry structure in the wallboard installation process of a scaffold can be effectively solved, meanwhile, the wall connecting piece in-wall expansion bolt heads are detachable, bolts can be replaced on other parts for repeated turnover use, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明提供一种可调式连墙件,包括扣件、伸缩管和膨胀螺栓,扣件一端固定于脚手架立杆上,伸缩管一端与扣件另一端螺纹连接,伸缩管另一端与膨胀螺栓一端销接,膨胀螺栓另一端固定于建筑外立面的螺栓孔内。也公开可调节连墙件的施工方法,包括步骤1)建筑外立面放线、打螺栓孔;步骤2)在螺栓孔中放入膨胀螺栓头并使用冲头进行膨胀,使膨胀螺栓头张开卡在建筑外立面的螺栓孔内;步骤3)组装连墙件,将连墙件与膨胀螺栓头连接;步骤4),调节连墙件伸缩长度,使圆环锁扣锁紧脚手架立杆。本发明能够有效解决脚手架在墙板安装过程中必须在墙面或砌体结构上留设穿墙洞口难题,同时连墙件入墙膨胀螺栓头可拆卸,其余部位可更换螺栓多次周转使用,节约了施工成本。
