The invention discloses a first section steel column installation method and assembly, and the method comprises the following steps: hoisting a first section steel column, enabling an anchor bolt hole in a column foot plate at the bottom of the first section steel column to be aligned and penetrate into a pre-embedded screw rod, and enabling the column foot plate to be attached to a first adjusting nut on the pre-embedded screw rod; the hoisting state is kept, and space state parameters of the first section of steel column in the current state are obtained; at least two correction components are arranged in the circumferential direction of the column foot plate, the column foot plate is embedded into grooves of the correction components, meanwhile, a main body of the first section of steel column is attached to the correction components, and telescopic supporting pieces are arranged at the bottoms of the correction components; wherein after the telescopic supporting piece is installed, the first section of steel column exits from the hoisting state, and the telescopic amount of the telescopic supporting piece is adjusted according to the space state parameters so as to correct the perpendicularity and the elevation of the first section of steel column. The installation process of the first section of steel column is improved, long-time operation of machines such as a crane is not needed, cost is saved, and meanwhile the installation efficiency of the first section of steel column is improved.
本发明公开了一种首节钢柱的安装方法及安装组件,该方法包括如下步骤:吊装首节钢柱,将首节钢柱底部的柱脚板上的锚栓孔对准穿入预埋螺杆中,并使柱脚板与预埋螺杆上的第一调节螺母贴合;保持吊装状态,获取当前状态下首节钢柱的空间状态参数;沿柱脚板周向设置至少两个矫正部件,使柱脚板嵌入矫正部件的凹槽内,同时使首节钢柱的主体与矫正部件贴合,并在矫正部件的底部设置伸缩支撑件;其中,在安装伸缩支撑件后,使首节钢柱退出吊装状态,根据空间状态参数调节伸缩支撑件的伸缩量,以矫正首节钢柱的垂直度和标高。本发明对首节钢柱的安装工艺进行改进,无需吊车等机械长时间运行,节约成本,同时还提高了首节钢柱的安装效率。
