The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a fabricated building installation auxiliary device with a precise positioning function. The device comprises a device body and a wall plate body, the device body is composed of an outer plate, an inner plate and a bottom plate, a containing bin is formed between the outer plate and the inner plate, the containing bin is provided with two side openings and a front opening, three conveying assemblies are arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the containing bin, and the ends of the three conveying assemblies are fixedly connected with starting assemblies; an adjusting bin is formed in the bottom of the bottom plate, and an adjusting assembly is fixedly connected into the adjusting bin. According to the assembly type building installation auxiliary device with the precise positioning function, by means of the conveying assembly arranged at the lower end of the inner cavity of the containing bin and the starting assembly connected with the conveying assembly, the starting assembly can drive the conveying assembly to rotate at the lower end of the inner cavity of the containing bin, and therefore the wallboard body can conveniently slide into the containing bin to be spliced and positioned.
