The invention discloses an embedded part mounting method and an embedded part template. The method comprises the steps that the template is detachably connected to an embedded part; a longitudinal central axis and a transverse central axis are arranged on the upper surface of the template; a plurality of scale marks are arranged at the intersection of the longitudinal central axis and the transverse central axis with the edge of the template; determining a longitudinal center axis positioning line and a transverse center axis positioning line of the pre-buried groove; the longitudinal central axis and the transverse central axis of the formwork are aligned with the longitudinal central axis positioning line and the transverse central axis positioning line of the pre-buried groove for the first time correspondingly; adjusting the template to a horizontal state; the longitudinal central axis and the transverse central axis of the formwork are subjected to secondary alignment with the longitudinal central axis positioning line and the transverse central axis positioning line of the pre-buried groove correspondingly according to the scale marks; the embedded parts are welded and fixed to the joint bars in the embedded grooves; and taking down the template. The template and the embedded part are aligned twice according to the central axis and the scale marks on the surface of the template, so that the mounting precision of the embedded part is improved, and accurate lap joint of the embedded part and upper equipment is facilitated.
