Safety net based on nylon composite material and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a safety net based on a nylon composite material and a preparation process thereof, modified nylon, a reinforcing agent and benzophenone are subjected to melt blending and then subjected to light treatment to obtain nylon threads, finally the nylon threads are woven into a net, and the nylon threads are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of modified nylon, 5-10 parts of reinforcing agent and 3-5 parts of benzophenone. After the modified nylon, the reinforcing agent and the benzophenone are fully blended, light treatment is performed, and a reaction is initiated by the benzophenone, so that double bonds on the surface of the reinforcing agent are opened and are crosslinked with modified nylon molecules, and further, the reinforcing agent can be fully contacted with the modified nylon molecules, and chain segment movement of the modified nylon molecules is limited; and meanwhile, the material matrix contains nano metal particles, so that the macroscopic performance of the nylon net is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于尼龙复合材料的安全网及其制备工艺,通过将改性尼龙、增强剂和二苯甲酮熔融共混后,再光照处理,得到尼龙线,最后将尼龙线编织成网,尼龙线包括如下重量份原料:改性尼龙80‑100份、增强剂5‑10份和二苯甲酮3‑5份;改性尼龙、增强剂和二苯甲酮充分共混后,再进行光照处理,通过二苯甲酮引发反应,使得增强剂表面的双键打开,与改性尼龙分子交联,进而使得增强剂能够与改性尼龙分子充分接触,限制了改性尼龙分子的链段运动,同时材料基体中含有纳米金属颗粒,进而提升了尼龙网的宏观性能。
