The invention discloses a rubber reinforced seismic mitigation and isolation support which is formed by connecting a seismic mitigation and isolation support system and a rubber reinforcing system in parallel, the seismic mitigation and isolation support system is formed by connecting an upper seat plate, a support body and a lower seat plate from top to bottom, and the rubber reinforcing system is composed of a rubber plate and a connecting steel plate. The connecting steel plate is connected with the upper seat plate and the lower seat plate through connecting bolts, the upper seat plate is connected with an upper structure of a bridge through anchor bolts, and the lower seat plate is connected with a lower structure of the bridge through anchor bolts. Therefore, the longitudinal seismic displacement of the bridge is limited, and the anti-falling performance of the bridge is improved.
